The default warranty period for all product is 14 days, with picture and receipt from our site.
Original sales receipt must be included. We offer exchange only on defective parts or product.
However if you receive your unit damaged or nonfunctional we will gladly replace the unit for you.
Trinity Glass Hardware products that are not sold by us, contact your vendor.
We accept back any item that is in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment.
We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.
Exchange parts or refunds will not be sent until the original part is returned to us and evaluated.
Shipping is at the custumer’s expense for parts returned to us.
Shipping are non-refundable.
Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty period expires whether you test it or no.
If you feel that you have a defective product, please contact us immediately for exchange.
Request for missing items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.
